Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure fairness and clarity, please review our refund and cancellation policy before booking your retreat:

1. Cancellations by Participants

-
Up to 30 days before the retreat start date: Full refund of your payment, minus a €50 administrative fee.
-
29–15 days before the retreat start date: 50% refund of the retreat fee.
-
Less than 14 days before the retreat start date: No refund is possible, as we will have already committed to accommodation, catering, and other retreat expenses.

2. Transferring Your Place
-
You may transfer your spot to another participant at any time before the retreat begins at no extra cost. Please notify us as soon as possible if you wish to do this.

3. Cancellations by the Organizers
-
If we must cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness of facilitators, venue issues, or government restrictions), you will receive a full refund of all payments made.
-
We cannot be held responsible for travel expenses, so we recommend booking refundable or flexible travel options.

4. Travel & Insurance

-
We strongly recommend that all participants take out travel insurance, including coverage for cancellations, illness, and travel disruptions.

5. Special Circumstances
-
In cases of medical emergencies or force majeure, we will do our best to find a compassionate solution, such as offering a credit toward a future retreat.
